About us Michael and Tim were on a sailboat trip with some buddies to the Channel Islands, off the coast of Santa Barbara, CA. After a day of exploring sea caves in kayaks, snorkeling in clear water and chowing down on a huge feast, we turned to a more serious discussion – believe it or not! “I can’t find courageous, college graduates to hire for my company. They need skills and character that they aren’t getting at High School or College,” admitted Michael. “Yeah, I see plenty of high school and college students who are clueless about who they are and what they want to do. Seems like some don’t have the tools to deal with the core stuff,” said Tim. “What is the core stuff?” challenged Michael. “Hmm, let me think about that,” answered Tim.
